How fast can you start?
A discovery engagement usually starts within a couple of weeks. A full team is typically a month or so out, occasionally sooner if a project is wrapping.
Do you work fixed price?
For scoped projects with a clear outcome, yes. For open-ended platform work we use a monthly rate, because fixed price there just moves risk into the change requests.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. Repositories, cloud accounts, design files and documentation live in your organisation, not ours.
Can you work with our in-house team?
That is our preferred setup. Our engineers join your standups and reviews, and we plan the handover from the very beginning.
